The first event of this kind coming up is to be held at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and is called Ready, Steady, Learn to Cook and is the perfect opportunity for your to hone your cooking – especially if you keep burning toast!

As a live cookery exhibition, expert chefs will be on hand to guide you through their superb sessions and how to cook elegant dishes simply. With some small tricks and tips, you are bound to take a lot away from this event so be sure to bring along your notepad on the 28th of February. If you like your produce to be a bit earthier, you could do little better than attending the chutney taster session at Chester Cathedral on the 1st of March. The wizards from Cheshire Chutney will be on hand to help you with any tips and tricks to make your own perfect produce.

Another event which is starting off in March but actually taking place throughout most of the year is the One Day Wine School available from Abode Chester.
